Leadership training is foundational to the ongoing health and progress of Calcutta Mercy Ministries’ programs.
Each year, we support a professional School of Nursing that prepares 25 young women from impoverished backgrounds for lucrative careers in healthcare. Graduates take positions in Calcutta Mercy Hospital and rural clinics to deliver the quality services and compassionate care on which their patients depend.
Calcutta Mercy Ministries' staff members develop confidence through dynamic leadership training in partnership with Dr. John Maxwell’s L.E.A.D. Institute. Online orientations, educational courses, and motivational seminars prepare doctors, nurses, administrators, and chaplains to help more people, in more cities, with the highest quality care. Additionally, Calcutta Mercy Ministries supports a number of leadership training centres with locations in Calcutta, Ranchi, Puri, Darjeeling, and Hardoi.
Calcutta Mercy Ministries accomplishes this collaboratively by funding the operational efforts of its partner Indian charities, Calcutta Mercy Hospital and Assemblies of God Mission.
